We even offer free curbside pickup by appointment for clients who want to pick up in stock small items.

Shipping

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and protecting the environment. That's why we offer two carbon neutral shipping options when shipping purchases of in stock small items.

Expedited parcel
Is perfect for those who are conscious about the environment and want to minimize their carbon emissions while saving on shipping fees. With this option, your package will be shipped using eco-friendly transportation methods and offsetting the carbon emissions generated during the shipping process. This ensures that your purchase arrives safely while minimizing its impact on the environment.

Non major urban centres
Local 1-2 days, regional 2-5 days, national 4-12 days

Northern regions and remote centres
Local 6-7 days, regional 6-14 days, national 6-14 days

Expresspost
If you need your purchase quickly and don't mind paying a little extra this carbon neutral shipping option is the perfect choice. With this option, your package will be prioritized and shipped using the fastest available transportation methods. Just like the Expedited Parcel option, the carbon emissions generated during the shipping process will be offset, making it an environmentally friendly choice.

Good to know
We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

Orders shipped are insured for the full order value.

Order processing
Most orders are processed within 4-6 hours during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6pm EST. Orders received outside regular business hours or during holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders are shipped daily at 4pm EST Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Orders will not be released for shipping until full payment has been received and processed.

Fees
Shipping fees are based on destination, the size and weight of the package being shipped and which shipping option is selected at checkout.

Occasionally a customer may be over charged for shipping by the automated shipping calculator, if this happens a refund will be given before the order is released for shipping.

We do not profit from shipping. We only charge a nominal fee to cover the costs we incur to ship your purchase to you.

Curbside pickup

We offer curbside pickup by appointment during regular business hours for clients who want to pick up in stock small items.

How to
If you want to pick up your purchase in person simply choose pickup in store during checkout and complete your transaction.
We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up by email. When you receive this notification contact us to arrange a convenient time to pick up your purchase curbside.

Good to know
An appointment is required for curbside pickup.

You will need to bring your order confirmation and ID for our staff to verify before your purchase will be released to you. If you are sending someone else to pick up your purchase let us know when you book your curbside pickup.

Furniture items cannot be picked up curbside they can only be delivered.

Order processing
Most orders are processed within 4-6 hours during regular business hours. Depending on order volumes and time the order was placed it may take longer to pack your order. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm EST. Orders received after this time will be processed and available for pick up the next business day.

Fees
Curbside pickup is free.

Delivery

We offer several home delivery services for furniture orders. The standard service is drop off also know as threshold. This means the delivery company will bring the item to your door or just inside your home. For an additional fee the item can be brought into a room of your choice or we also offer a full service white glove delivery experience that includes full setup, removal of packaging materials and in some cases disposal of an existing item. If you are interested in one of the upgraded delivery options when you add the item to your cart in the special instructions section let us know which delivery option upgrade you would like. If no special instructions are given then standard service delivery will apply.

Delivery lead time
The delivery lead time is normally between 4-6 weeks but in some cases it could be as little as 2-3 weeks, the exact ETA will be provided after purchase.

Good to know
When your order is ready to be delivered we will contact you to arrange the delivery.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel the arranged delivery date otherwise additional fees apply.

Additional fees will apply if someone isn't available at the arranged time when the delivery company attempts to make the delivery.

We use third party delivery companies to deliver furniture orders.

The delivery companies we use are fully vetted and insured.

We currently offer home delivery in Ontario to the GTA and the GTHA only.

Fees
We charge a flat fee of $125 for the majority of items and $250 for oversized or crated items for home delivery to most GTA and GTHA areas. Additional delivery fees may apply, if additional fees apply we will send an invoice.

If you have chosen an upgraded delivery option during checkout we will send an invoice for the upgrade when your item is ready to be delivered.

Delivery fees must be paid in full before delivery can be arranged.
